Morning Maria! Dave Anderson here. I worked with Len twice before coming back to the USA. Just wanted to update you that during session #2 we worked specifically on my issues with getting on the plane/panic attacks etc. Well 2 weeks ago I landed here in Seattle. 4 flights with a total flight time of 15+ hours in addition to airport layovers. Guess what? I would hop on a plane in a heartbeat now. No prep needed. No panic. Just excitement for travel. So please pass this email along to Len and express my heartfelt gratitude. Also for you as well for taking the time to talk with me on the phone when I was still in Canberra. When I return to Canberra in the future I'll be getting in touch. Thank you SO much, Dave. P.S. Looking for a hypnotist here in Seattle now to address other issues. Thinking about learning self-hypnosis as well this has been so life changing.

Fear of Flying, Panic Attacks

I was recommended to Len by a friend who had successfully quit smoking after just one session with Len. My challenge is not smoking, but being an emotional binge eater. I would literally gorge on anything unhealthy, chocolate being my general bingeing go to. I had my session with Len recently, and it was like talking to a friend - the session was enjoyable, reflective and incredibly positive. Since this one session I have given up junk food but more importantly - I haven't had any cravings. I have already lost weight and I look forward to losing much more. I feel motivated and confident in myself for the first time in a very long time. I can't recommend Les highly enough.
