Quit Smoking & Motivation

I gave up smoking with Len 6 years ago.  I actually still can't believe that it worked, and the best way to describe it is that I feel like whatever ever it was that kept me smoking for 30+ years was totally erased that day.  I was very skeptical and I remember even wanted to cancel my appointment.  Thank god I didn't.  I saw Len again around 2 years later for motivation to exercise and improve some lifestyle things that were annoying me.  I also had great success with this - going from dragging myself to gym once or twice a week to going regularly, and happily.  I can't recommend Len Forbes highly enough - changed my life.  Thanks Len.
